Xeth answers for Master Gundark, as well as answers some other things. "WE aren't going to use the Sith lore. We plan to hand over the cooridinates to the Council so that they can destroy the damned Mausoleum."
"But Council is definitely not going to give us any more Jedi. Vincent is only here to tell us to get the hell back to Coruscant. Our team is spread out since our battle on Malastare, to Tartarus, Belseraphon, and here on Nar Shadda. The problem is that we're not even supposed to be here! Besides, the Council does not want us going after Kuylen anyway. It was because Chancellor Palpatine gave us the task."
As to what you will do with any of the tablets from Avalar if you recover them is most likely up to the Council. What you might find at the Mausoleum is anybody's guess- should the Chase ever get that far.
And Xeth is right, you already have a LOT of manpower on a mission the Council is very sceptical about.
Kellan allowed the talk to continue amongst her companions. The direct order from the Council as relayed by Trorn was now foremost in her thoughts. Defining their pursuit of Kuylen as a 'direct' course of action was impossible at best, with Xeth's lack of popularity among the Hutts and their agents and the bounty on her own head not to mention the apparently disastrous events on Tartarus. She could easily imagine the ever-efficient Trorn in his office at the Temple, surrounded by mountains of paperwork, aghast at the terrible consequences this mission had produced thus far.
It was also not difficult for Kellan to imagine the face of Mace Windu. She would almost rather face Kuylen again than return to offer explanation for this debacle in front of the Jedi Council. On the heels of that thought came crawling the still-fresh humiliation of having nearly met her fate at Kuylen's hands. She had never been so unprepared for a duel in her life, injured as she was or not. She vowed not to make the same mistake again.
Coming out of her revere, she addressed Kosta and Vincent. "We're grateful for your help. Kuylen is NOT to be underestimated nor the twisted plots that Ascar so skillfully executes." Kellan looked to Xeth. "You have any other contacts here that aren't looking to blow your head off first ?"
There is one thing you are sure of, Gundy- what your instincts are telling you. The Force guided you onto Kuylen's trail in the first place, and since then you have had nothing but your instincts to live on the whole time. And they are telling you that Kuylen can be caught- but ONLY if there is no delay. Destiny is leading him to the Mausoleum, and if he is not pursued vigorously and without respite, he will reach it unopposed. You are the only people that can stop him.
Nah, Xeth, your contacts on this planet are all blown.
Hint of the day from Ush was already given- focus on Ascar, not Kuylen! Aside from anything else, Kuylen appears to be with his crew now, and after your duel with Kuylen... welll... did not go as 'planned', it might not be a great idea to try and directly confront him again. It is Ascar you have been following all day, Xeth and Gundy, but you have not yet worked out exactly what Ascar has been trying to do.
There were some people you saw earlier about whom you have no idea how they fit into today's events... your only remaining lead.
