Your deliberations are cut short by a large explosion. Though you do not know it, the explosion is caused by the reactor on one of the ships being overloaded. It is a large freighter craft, and the explosion is enormous and deafaningly loud. Walkways are twisted and thrown down, some smaller ships are tossed to one side, the lights all go out, and half the chamber- fortunately, the other half- is filled with the resulting fireball. The two of you are thrown off your feet and burning debris rains all around you.

"Ah," says Riordan. "Well, the fugitive's name is Kir Ascar, a Malastarian citizen. I am working on behalf of the Senatorial Judicial Service, but my tip off to come here actually came from Ascar himself..."

*rolls further*

Nah- appears that corridor is full of frightened people- the door on the other side is intact. Looks like the Dark Siers were trapped in there like you were trapped in yours, but sabred out without any regard for the people.

Well, it is full of double-scared people- scared once as they are worried about radiation posioning, and twice because of that phenomenal explosion!

Yes, they saw them- the Dark Siders threatened to kill them all if they kept making trouble about cutting through the door. Two of them- males- headed down the waste reclamation shutes. The other two- the girl and the enormous alien- headed into the hangar bay you just came in from. The girl put on a suit but the alien did not seem to bother.

They can direct you back to the surface if you want.

"Master, I feel we should investigate this. They could have ran into Persis!"

"Alien that must be Chion, I assume he has command of this mission we should find them yerss"
