USH'S GAME EPISODE IV- 'CHASE'- DARK SIDE AREA

Started by Ushgarak91 pages

Wlel, there are a few thousand books here, for a start...

(Not a computer game, I am afraid, Dexx. Gonna take a bit more than that.)

-

Wraith, you kill your man... of course, this leaves two more gunning for YOUR exposed back...

-

Galder, you sneak into the base to take a look at what is ahead of you- steering clear of the Jedi, of course.

The transfer point to the Civilian Area is well guarded- a fifty or so, with heavy weapons installations at the ready But they are mostly BORED men, and Jolanta's planned distraction in the docking bay will most likely help out. There is a load of electronic security but Jolanta says she can deal with that also.

The docking bay is only 30 seconds away from the transfer point, though. So it will not be a very long distraction. You may have to fight throughn the Jedi also- but it seems that numbers there are on your side, for once.

Allor stps for a sec and reaches out to sense her target.

Ah- difficult, you have never felt his mind before so you cannot seperate it from several others. You CAN detect a group of about ten people trying to flee the base via a route not marked on your map. You are also sure that it is safe to get out the ducts here.

Allor crawls out of the air duct and quickly runs to find the escapees(sp?). Great My excersise for today...Ugh. She thinks.

Well, this seems to be a canteen. You can feel roughly what direction they are in, but how to actually get from A to B is a bit more complex.

There is the sound of fighting nearby.

Allor runs throughout the facility. Turning and twisting with each corner. She's just running.

(🙁 this is the first time when i'm completly clueless....any hints?)

Report your failure to Saar and see if he forgives you...

-

Allor, you run heading into a battle in a corridor. A variety of Rodians and Grans, about seven, are exhanging fire with nine of your battle droids. A couple of corpses and four or five battle droid shells lie around the room.

Takuan reports to Saar.
" i can't find anything on the surface.." he says " i know very little even of what i should be looking for..."

"Where's the leader?" She aks the droid in charge.

"Err, I do not know..." says the droid, firing a few bolts at his opponent.

-

"Hmm," says Saar, drumming his fingers on his desk with a noise that echoes throughout the room. "Did you sense anything unusual?"

"Ugh...you are no help." She then runs in the direction the escapees were suppose to be headed in. Hoping to catch up with them, she takes a shortcut. 'Man I wish I knew this place better' She thinks.m

I use a saber to deflect a shot at Wraith back while my other one guards my own back.

"Her distraction better work," Galder mutters to himself as he looks at the fifty guards below. "This thing is heavily guarded..."

(Who's with me? Rura and Chion?)

Yup, Rura and Chion, Galder. BTW, you'll be needed in the docking bay first- Jolanta can't just walk in in front of everyone and sabotage the ship. Other than the basic outline, do you have a plan?

-

That's a little ungainly, Dek, as Wraith is still behind you, if you imagine the stretch that must be involved there... still, you ARE fast.

This is the crucial point- drop one or two more and you will easily slaughter the rest.

-

Allor, you have ended up in what appears to be a private office with the only entrance being the one you came in by.

"they don't talk unless they have to.." he says "i find their states of mind as i expected...didn't sense anything wich might lead to rebelion.
They want proof of their princess' release.
And then there's this" finishes Takuan puting the comunicator with the projected astrolabe on the table..

Allor checks out the place.

(Do ya think I would be spotted if I threw some grenades down? btw, am I in some sort of pipe or air vent?)

Actually, you are mostly just keeping in the shadows, Galder- stealth not actually being your speciality. You had best confer with the others before you start your little war, btw- Jolanta needs to time her security work correctly.

-

Allor, this is your target's office- a big desk with personal effects, lots of dull files, stuff like that. But for some reason, you instinctively stop when you walk by one particualr filing cabinet...

-

Saar stares at the projection "The Astrolabe," he says. "Odd. That mission is over- these people don't keep unnecessary data. Where is Nayler?"

Allor walks over to it and opens it keeping her lightsaber handy. 'expect the unexpected' she thought.
