Something like the twelve happens here.

Majestic has sex with apocalypse's skull after he tears it off .

The Twelve was a long plan that took a ton of preparation, no way could he do it in 24 hours.

Apocalypse KILLS him the same way I have him kill most characters on this Forum.

1-Get real big and durable. Skyscraper or bigger.

2-Telekineticly hold opponent.

3-Wrap around opponent as a building sized blob.

4-Suffocate or crush Opponent under thousands of tonnes of metalic weight + mince apart with many varying blades and razorsharp buzzsaws consisting of density close to Adamantium.

5-While doing this create kinetic explosions in the skull of opponent a power he has displayed multiple times before.

6-If opponent somehow won't die scan with Celestrial tech for weaknesses then envelope opponent with Technopathic construct to either imprison or transform into a Horseman.

Step two is the really tough one. Maj is so strong, and capable of emitting a lot of energy, that I doubt he'll be held.
