Majestic is smarter then Apocalypse. He comes from a planet called Khera thay are way ahead in science then Earth and he is a member of the pantheon clan which is a science and intellectal society that the reason why he is a super genius. He out witted a kheran computer that is capble of processing tens of billions of pieces of information per second while his cell was breaking down. He give Eradicator multiversel power in a mere instant when he use his heat vison to change his genetic code.

The adamantium sky-scraper argument is not supported by the comics. Apoc may technically have all those powers, but if he went by that we could just say Nur rearranges his own DNA to get Franklin Richards' powers. Based on feats, Majestros kills him.
