Also, Danzou just managed to penetrate the skin, he still had to get through the muscle and skeleton.

When I say complete, I mean that the actual spectre itself is 'complete', i.e. it has muscle and its 'skin' over its skeleton. Much like how the Fox moves more toward its complete form as the number of tails increase.
That extra armor just moves it from 'complete' to 'perfect'.

That move is haxxed, at least on the level of Fuuton RasenShuriken.

It would be hax, if he didn't need to set it up. Unless one really believes that he was going to use Kirin against Naruto, Sakura, and Sai.

It still is hax, even with the prep, which is what, 30 seconds? It's not like Sasuke has to stand gaping at the sky during the build-up. All he has to do is fire off Katons, stall the opponent, then blast their ass to Kingdom Come.

Without the prep, it would be beyond broken, as even someone like Raikage isn't fast enough to dodge the entire blast, and even if he were, if you take into account that it basically is guided, no one is avoiding it.
God Pein could perhaps repel the entire lightning bolt, or that absorbing Pein could absorb it (I don't know if he can absorb the bolt quickly enough), but outside of those two & Itachi, I don't think anyone else could survive that jutsu.

Come to think of it, which jutsu was he going to use anyway? At first I thought it could be Chidori Senbon.

Nowadays it would probably be like 30 seconds...But wasn't he only able to use it because of the heat from Amaterasu, and then his Katon to finish it off? And we all know how good Sasuke can spam Amaterasu.

I think he sent up those Katons to start the whole thing, then used the heat from Amaterasu for extra effect.

It would look extremely retarded if Sasuke looks up at the sky and casts Amaterasu 😂 It would work though.

~ I wonder if Kakashi could cut through the bolt? Would at least prove if what Gai said was true or not 😛.

Hmm, I wonder how bad Mizuchi or Seiryu would destroy Sasuke's Susanoo. Though I still don't see Sarutobi breaking through it. Unless he gets something huge in the next few volumes...
