Best prisons in the world

what country has the best prisons and what country has the worst ones?

what is the reason for one or the other?

"Best" prison....Two words that should never be used together.

To answer the question, I remember watching something about good prisons on the new Michael Moore film.

He would need to define "best", wouldn't he?

Common sense dictates that he's referring to rehabilitation rates, living standards in the prison, rates of return "felons", etc.

Calling it "best prisons" would be the perfect set of words. Nothing works better.

When I hear "best", I think cushy ass country club prisons.

There are 3 US prisons and no Russian ones, so I'm not sure how reliable this is.

Ha I remember that film.
It was Denmark, iirc. Best prison sentences EVAR! Murderers and rapists are sent to some sort of paradise island and allowed to live a normal life, like raise a family and do community work.

Worst prisons ever: Most prisons in the Middle East.
They look like friggin caves! Makes you feel like your in The Flintstones' house, with a bed made of rock and everything.

lolnaive.
