best way to find out is to commit a heinous crime and when sentenced to however long then write a tell all about your experiences

Well, I think we've got nice and good prisons in Norway. Guards don't always carry guns (the police doesn't either), and we believe in peace, not voilence and to show people how to live a life after they have served their time in prison.

Wedlock is the best prison.
