Didn't Akuma destroyed a submarine aswell my friend said he did on third strike I think, but I can't remember.
Is Ryu allowed to change into his Evil form? If so then Ryu wins because he just finish him of with Shun Goku Satsu which is instant death or otherwise X, even though I don't really like him that much as Zero.
Also, why are we comparing X's Hadouken with Ryu's? Because ain't Megaman games platforming but similar to Metroid and Castlevania SOTN where they have a lvl system, unlike SF which is a fighting where they have to keep everyone balance? That's why Ryu's Hadouken is so weak because to keep the game balance, if they put X in SF as a guest then his version's won't be one hit kill. Since has showed dodging and jumping enemy projectiles before so wouldn't be a cinch, also doesn't Super's and Ultra's stop time.
You people say Ryu's Hadouken hasn't been shown to kill a single person well that's not true he's vaporized with his Shinku Hadouken Sadler and defeated his puppet cyborg-thing twice with Metsu Hadouken including Shun on Alpha Movie. Some SF fans say its non-canon but some say it sets between SF and SF Alpha games.
Actually I have no idea who would win really but it would be most likely Megaman or Evil Ryu. Can't Megaman also use Tatsumaki Senpukyaku?
