Man, these guys dance around all day until they get bored and Logan offers to buy Pete a pepsi. Pete's all like
Pete: How about a beer instead?
Logan: Kid, you ain't old enough...I have my limits.
Pete: What?!?!?! You don't know even know how old I am..
Fight resumes and they continue to dodge eachother all day.
Wolverine might get hit a couple of times due to CIS but then again so can Spiderman. Also, Logan can use his skills to cause Spiderman to jump/evade in the direction of an oncoming attack. Like Wolverine punches for the sole purpose of getting Spiderman to jump to the right where Logan's foot is...hence he connects. If he gets a good one, he could K.O. him this way...if he does it a few times he will hurt him enough to win.

But CIS ISN'T aside.... 😕Hence the problem.... Wolverine vs. Spiderman What If? showed us what Spiderman SHOULD be like if he were to capitalize on his powers, but that's not the Spiderman that exists, and unless specified by the OP that's not the Spiderman we use.

Wide arch, continuous spray.
It would have to be damned fast and there would have to be lots coming...Logan can just cut it all up? Although I suppose if it's continuous, and spidey's fast enough - which of course he is - and if the webbing comes at him from several directions, continuously..it might spidey a while to do this and he may go through a web-shooter or two...or does comic spidey have organics now too? Regardless I see your point...
The major difference between the two is Wolvy's healing factor has few limits. However he CAN be KO'd. Spidey CAN punch and kick properly, though not professionally. However Spidey's experiences, power, speed, refexes, and Spider Senses make up for lack of formal training. Spidey's a class 10-15 before he gets pissed. Wolverine is no where near class 10 on his best day. Speed wise Wolvy is slower on his best day. The only thing Wolverine has is timing, and Spidey Senses aid Spiderman in issues of timing (hence rarely ever getting shot). If there are grabs aloud, Spidey is much stronger. I say, Spidey let's himself feint a hit Once and then grabs Wolvy and slams him on the ground repeatedly like Bam-Bam does to Fred Flinstone. Wolvy is KO'd. End of fight.
I have an old Wolverine vs Spidey comic. In the end, Wolvy comfirmed that he had to take out Spidey quick as Spidey is too fast and strong for him to take lightly. He later states that since Spidey isn't a killer he has the advantage to spook him, but that was young Spidey. Older Spidey has seen violence and enough Wolvy to know how to handle him. Wolvy knows he's outclassed.
Of course Wolverine can get knocked out, but it's more likely that Parker breaks his hands first.
No where near Cl 10 on his best day? He broke free from Ursa Major's hold, destroyed the shackles that were strong enough to hold Rogue, stopped Creed's punch...

Funny, I don't recall that.

FAIL. Hard surfaces alone can't break his hands, you need a hard surface + a=sufficient mass/force in order to do that. That's physics.

Creed < Spiderman in strength, reflexes, and speed always has been, oh execpt when creed was given slightly stronger strength. 2 ton range is hardly class 10. When I say class 10 I mean 10 ton range. gtfoh
