Yeah, continuity wise it doesn't make sense. Fanboy wise it is awesome!

And here's Revan, acting all badass.Revan: You've never fought anyone like me. I was Sith. I am Jedi!
And here's Revan, dying.
Revan: "And in the end, as the darkness takes me, I am nothing." Now I know how you felt, my friend.

Hmmm... Where was this at?
@ Lucius
"It should not have surprised anyone that Revan turned Sith. He knew you cannot fight the dark side without understanding it."
Sound familiar to anyone's fanfic? 😉
They kill HK in the process of getting to Revan.
And Revan has apparently been turned into a dumbass. He was seriously going to use that Star Forge ripoff to create an army of droids that would somehow kill every living thing with any Sith DNA . . . because apparently a military genius like Revan understands nothing about logistics.
Christ, this is stupid.

Ah ha! Vindicated.

I must know nothing about logistics then... but what is so stupid about it?

It may sound like continuous bitching but bioware really did destroy what Obsidian created. The complete turnaround of Revan is just stupid.

Think about it. Droids are used in SW warfare all the time. Just because Revan programmed the droids to kill Sith . . . I mean do the Republic war droids not kill Sith? And how is Revan going to deliver the droids? Is he going to create ships as well? Who's going to man them? Where will he get the crews? You can't use a weapon if you don't have a proper delivery system for it. For that matter, even if he got crews and a ships how would these droids be any more dangerous than other wardroids? If Revan wanted to exterminate the Sith species, he should have developed a nanovirus like the Remnant did to Boba.

My understanding was they were not going to be a droid army but rather assassin droids. As for deliverment the Star Forge can create ships and droids to fly the ships etc...
But a nanovirus does make sense.
Over a millennium past, the Emperor claimed Dromund Kaas and made the Dark Temple the epicenter of dark Force energy.
In the bowels of the temple, he conducted horrifying experiments that drained the knowledge and life essence from all the greatest Sith Lords of the time
They existed to serve their master--and that they did. He siphoned them to make himself immortal and all-knowing.
The Emperor created a device called "the Ravager" that ate his victims' minds and delivered to him their greatest secrets.
No one could withstand the Ravager's intrusion--even the strongest Sith Lords of the Empire confessed whatever the Emperor craved
