As per my knowledge, Ragnos's spirit interacted with Exar Kun only. Nobody knew about this Sith Emperor until the Mandalorian Wars began.

Considering ragnos was his master and the sith spirits didn't approve of the emperor's rule, yes.

He probably has that "Daddy didn't promote me to Emperor" complex we all saw in Gladiator.

Bioware seems to have been spreading false information, on purpose 😉 I assume: At least 1 companion can still be, in effect, killed and the claim that you can't change sides doesn't seem to hold true for all classes. Not that you can openly go to the other side, but you can in some cases become a permanent double agent. Some classes also have more than 1 female and 1 male romanceable companion. All classes can apparently marry their companions - and this is where the Legacy system might come in - and possibly have children, aka Legacy characters, with them.
