Correct, lightning doesn't, but no wizard or wizards caught riding the lightning are going to be able to do shit except scream and wet themselves until death approaches.

Pay attention, man. If a force user is force choking someone, they can target one at a time. They'll be dead in seconds as another wizard spells them.
The force users aren't stupid, they'll realize this and NOT condemn themselves by using force choke.
Force choke argument= Done.
Force push/pull= Apparition.
Force lightning argument= Apparition.
