Evidently the education system isn't working.

I think the education system is getting better tbh.

In my school at least, every year is getting better grades on average due to better teaching conditions and better stimuli.

Considering the fact that learning is a choice, id say the government are doing a fine job, but kids these days just don't give a flying fcuk about trigonometry.

No the modern education system is a total flop. Competition is created in the class room, it is no longer about the joy of learning and of knowledge it is based on curriculum.
