If you beg for your king's forgiveness maybe you have a place in my kingdom.

😂

Good stuff.

Seriously, nobody is going to agree. Half think Thor won because he was powerful enough.

Half think Void wanted to die, letting Thor kill him.

I'm more inclined to think the first. durthor

Bendis already cleared it up by saying Sentry lost because he allowed it. When he wants to come back he can.

I had to read over that to understand it. If Reynolds has no control overhimself, how can he have control over himself and allow himself to die?

I think what happened was that Reynolds wanted to die. Void took over and attacked the heroes. The Thor killed the Void and Bob's lack of will to come back kept him a skeleton.

It's similar to what happened in Utopia. Emma built a White Room as a safe zone for her and Bob to use if the Void ever took control again.

From that it's pretty clear that Bob is trapped by the Void. Emma then frees and allows him to take control for a short period of time. From that we can see that it is possible for him to wrestle back control for short periods of time, the upgraded heroes and Thors assault would have weakened the Void allowing Bob to do what he had to do to keep himself dead.

They desperation is palpable..

"you just seem like one of the sanest people on here."

------sorta' like being the world's tallest midget. 😄

I see the pro Thor people have won the debate. Congrats all. durthor

I'd also just like to add that using Bendis' own words might have a bit more credibility if it wasn't already proven that he talks out of his ass and doesn't care what his spouts.

Bendis Comic: Doctor Strange states there is no such thing as Chaos Magic.

Bendis Interview: I never stated that there was no Chaos Magic, people just interpreted me wrong.

Rage's other account tipped the scales.

Thor was DEFINITELY HOLDING BACK when he was fighting the Void/Sentry.

fixed

Thor only loses when it serves the plot or if he wants to.
