In superman 147,superman wearing a green lantern ring tries to absorb a half a universe destroying anti matter blast set off by sinestro with his body. Sinestro says nothing in the universe could contain the blast. Even though supes couldnt contain it the blast merely stunned him. Not saying supes could win but his durability sure is enhanced.

yeh, enhanced when a writer needs him to be for cosmic story purposes.. that insults ppl's intelligence
