An infinite charge to a power ring still won't make Superman as powerful as he needs to be to stop him from being stomped. Not to mention all the conflicting emotions would make Superman a basket case and effectively even worse off then if he had seven rings of the same color.

I did, actually. I preferred it over Blackest Night: Batman and Wonder Woman, too.
And while he can probably feel all these emotions at any given time, to be able to wield them all in conjunction effectively is another thing entirely. Superman trying to tap into all these emotions to use his power rings, especially Avarice, can't be good for him mentally.

Batman one was ok. Wonder Woman's....lol.
He could do good with Will, Hope, and Compassion, imo. Adding the other ones will probably mess him up.

His best feat is holding apart two universes. That is nothing compared to what some of the most powerful abstracts have done.

Universe affecting feats are about abstract level, imo... Hell, Eternity and Death have much lower showings than that, like the time Eternity got put into a coma by Cubes or Death was captured by Elders...
Not to downplay them, but just saying Spectre has his good and bad days. just like they do..

They never get beat up by aliens though. I don't remember the issue, but in one comic, a bunch of highly advanced aliens attacked earth and managed to trap beings like Spectre, Superman, Batman, etc into a chamber. After the heroes managed to free themselves, the Spectre still didn't do anything remotely impressive. All he did was grow in size and take down a few ships. I was expecting a 'herald my RAGE' moment from Spectre.
