She's faster than Superman in HtH, her weapons would also let her hurt him just fine- tiara or axe for inflicting wounds, or lasso that bypasses toughness entirely. Plus recently a nasty magic lightning attack in close. In pure melee, she outdoes just about any herald leveler in DC, including those that are stronger than her, which can be counted on one hand with fingers left over, and even then not by much. When it comes to speed, her arch enemy is the fastest non-Flash/Zoom around, pretty much, and she's also caught and dealt with both Flash and Zoom themselves.
Defensively, that hand speed lets her block most stuff at range, and against impacts and energy attacks she's in the same league as Superman. Apoc does have blade attacks, but she's kept fighting with major wounds of that nature (after all, said arch-enemy with super speed is a class 100+ with magic claws on her hands)- just because they cause more bleeding doesn't mean they're an easy way to take her down, and she does have both a healing factor and godly endurance.
Between her own high stats, extreme skill, and a pretty devastating arsenal of gear, she's one of only about two heroes who have regularly been able to stalemate Superman (Captain Marvel being the other).
Being really big won't help against Diana because she can bracer-block even huge things and it'll just let her outmaneuver Apoc with precise strikes, and at normal size, she's probably the stronger and definitely the more dangerous melee fighter.
Apoc is definitely a "power" fighter, and that's a poor match-up against Wonder Woman due to the nature of her gear. More skill-based approaches do better.
Pure toughness won't do against her weapons, nor will pure strength against her defenses.
