Namor can beat hulk underwater.He beats hercules 9/10 minimum.

There's a silver age appearance of Namor whooping herc underwater(he summons the water with the cosmic cube). Namor deems it an unfair advantage and reverses what he's done.

Namor with no trouble at all....

Herc's punches wont even been as powerful under water where Namors will be even greater.

What do you base this on? The reason superman can lift huge freaking things is because of his TK not physical strength.

Herc? No, all marvel strong guys are listed as class 100. Both iron man and hulk are class 100. But obviously, hulk is stronger than iron man.

Hercules lifted the world once. (Or the skies themselves like in the myths)
