I wonder if they killed Blade? Because they sacrificed him and that was a pretty gruesome would they inflicted on him.

Doubt it. Ewing said Blade is going to be put through some stuff for a while. And I doubt be brought him into this book just to kill him like that.

Ewing confirmed on his twitter that Blade is off the Mighty Avengers for season 2, but he's going out in style before heading back to the U.K.

yea, I doubt they give Snipes anything more than a cameo in the next Blade movie. Although he hasn't aged that much, so maybe they make it work.

Felt these were worth posting. Blade takes a beating from Shiklah, but in the last panel he is clearly still pushing her back. And we see he sustained no real injuries as he was quickly on Deadpool again.

Blade healed up that huge would he had during the sacrafice according to the preview for the new Mighty Avengers. Also he seems to be dating Spitfire yet.

#13 is supposed to be the big blade issue. he better do something crazy enough to hold us over for however long he's in limbo.
