It doesn't work that way. There is no Class 300. Frenzy might be able to life around 50 tons, but amping her 6 times wouldn't even put her in Class 100. Not the way I rank them.
Once, when he got mad, Thor beat the shit out of an Ulik who was amped thousands and thousands of times according to his own words but you don't see me go around claiming that a mad Thor will beat the shit out of Superman in a slug fest.
Apocalypse one shotting a character I've only heard of like three times, despite the 6x amp doesn't impress me. At all.
And Hulk has this little ability that allows him to amp his strength. I'm not sure whether your familiar with it.
Like he told Abomination, you could be 10x stronger than him, and he'll simply get 10x angrier and kick your ass.

It has beaten Gladiator. And the amount of damage it did to Vulcan would have killed him if he couldn't reform from energy. Also if he wouldnt have used it again im pretty sure he would have been out longer. Not saying he wins here just clearing that up.

Vulcan wasnt beaten because of his whole energy thing, he was so damaged that put another character in his palce with that much damage they would be out.
