Well, Cap is one of the best H2H fighters while Colossus is basically a brawler.

Give Cap a x50 increase in strength, stamina and durability and i think he can defeat Colossus.

It's more like 50x, but it's plenty. He'll be plenty strong to hurt Colossus, plus his senses, reaction, agility, will all be boosted.

Even the crippled Uni-power seen in the recent series would be enough.

I believe he can lift 800-1000 pounds.SO now he can lift(and this is just x50)40000-50000 lb.+ he gets 50x his agaility and stamia which is really what would allow him to win.Also he has all that extra force behind swinging his shield.

colossus lifts 100 tons plus
hes not strong enough to hurt him. the guy has took hits from juggernaut and hulk and gladiator without injury before and only wwh managed to hurt him.

how sharp is the shield, he might be able to cut him.

Doesn't matter.With caps new agaility+ his strength colossus can't touch him and cap can easily take him out with his sheild.With that level strength using his sheild colossus will go down.Hard.

Well, ehe shield has cut through a number of dense metals and miscellaneous obstructions. Does any one have any scans on Cap's shield-cutting ability?

The Multiplier only was in effect when the unipower was weak. As Juggz just found out, that's no longer the case. Any regular Captain Universe would Chump Colossus. Let alone Steve Rodgers.

Also, more than likely, it will enhance his shield too.

It did so to X-23's claws.
