When did I ignore that? Actually, I'd say Thor had the edge before he stopped fighting. And Thor was fighting like a brick.
Throw in the two times Thor's saved his life from the Man Beast, and I'd say Thor wins in a straight up fight.

I recall him fighting twice. Once in Man Beast's original appearance and the second time when Man Beast became Karnivor.
Anyways, Man Beast always seemed uber most of the time during his Thor appearances. Not so much outside of them....
