Like I said, it was all part of the plans of the Celestials.

Easily left it? Thor had to come and save both him and Hercules from the Celestials, as there bodies were being held captive in some Celestial made capsules. High Evolutionary did not break free of the restraints the Celestials put on him easily at all.

He came back so he could understand more about them or something similar because to them, he was insignificant (Or something similar again.). I just remember him bitching about the Celestials and what they were doing.
