Honestly, Cap, Batman, and Punisher are all equal here, none of them have any chance of cracking. However, Batman technically wouldn't make it through because he's going to escape any restraints and put the hurt on the torturers.🙂

2) infiltrate a high security government installation and steal sensitive information without getting caught - batman obviously
3) defeat 1000 Hand Ninjas - Setting really matters here but I assume it's a building or something with at least some cover. I'd go with batman cus he does have some equipment and is better at stealth. I'd feel like 1000 of them might get lucky a few times against any of the straight fighters who doesn't hide.
4) escort a child across Afganistan while Taliban soldiers are targeting the kid - Like was said, don't know if spideysense works on people he's protecting. Daredevils senses seem better though since he can avoid people before they're shooting at him as well as dodge once he's getting shot at.
5) convince a unruly street gang to lay down their weapons only through talking. Can batman do some hypnosis thing to do this? Otherwise I guess Cap. If we're talking outside of comics, I'd go with punisher threatening them since inspirational speeches don't work in real life.
6) track down the whereabouts of Osama Bin Laden. batman. He has the resources and the tracking ability.
7) Booby trap an abandoned apartment complex using only materials from Home Depot to take down a gang of 100 mobsters. I don't know much about punisher but this is what he generally does.

Didn't he go through like an eternity of torture when Joker became omnipotent? He had to be memory wiped but I thought someone here mentioned he got his memory back and was able to deal. That should help him, although Cap and Punisher wouldn't crack in this situation either. probably none of them would.
10) KO Wolverine - Can I assume prep? If so batman. Some sonics or flash grenades or something should work. Without prep, I guess Iron Fist can hit the hardest and keep up with wolves
