...underneath that nice exterior, she sounds self-centered, unrealistic and in for some rude awakenings, and if you have a kid by her, I see you getting sucked into her "goddammit, this IS how my life's gonna be" vortex.

My main reason for not believing you is because if the story is true I'd hardly think that it's very dignified or even fair posting about it on a message board. This is certainly something that should have remained between the two of you. The fact she asked your permission to ask the favour shows that this is not some casual joke proposal. I highly doubt that she would appreciate the story being posted on a public message board and should be ashamed... you have certainly proved that you are too immature to even handle a proposal like it.
