You might be right about current Punisher but thats the toughest version ever written, of course you got the odd examples of Batman taking class 100 shots but thats bullshit. I don't give DD a majority over that version of Punisher due to damage soak.
I don't think any top tier fighter has actually held his own against a top tier fighter with a broken leg, don't think Batman has.
Nah still 7/10 DD will lose against that Punisher but hes had trouble with less formidable versions of Punisher.

Frank's insane durability is one of the qualities from Punisher Max that transfered over to the standard Marvel U, but I would still say - and I think I have many times - that even prior to this Frank was still arguably the most durable human level street. This current incarnation just ups the ante.
Most heroes get hit by a class 100 at some time or another in their career but its usually pretty ambiguous as to what happened and how they survived. Did the hero roll with the punch and take next do no damage? Did the brick hold back? Was it a glancing blow? Who knows, but when Punisher is getting punched clear across parking lots, through walls, tossed 1000s of feat in the air, free falling onto the corner of buildings and then falling again only to get smoked by a car when he lands, there isn't a lot of room for interpretation. /shrug

Other than a few choice showings that are pretty impressive there's nothing to suggest DD is on par or superior strength-wise to Bruce. Bruce has the more consistent showings of impressive strength.I don't even really see the rationale behind giving DD any speed/reflex advantage. According to feats, what has he done to put him past Batman in that category? Sure his senses heighten his reflexes, but Bruce has some pretty stellar reflex/speed showings without that enhancement, and I really don't see why DD would be superior, other than the fact that he's that guy who is considered all acrobatic and what not, much like Nightwing.
That being said, I think Bruce is more skilled. I'm pretty sure he has mastered more MA's and his fought just about all the grade A martial artists in the DCU, even KK.
