Awesome that Jax is back. Dude was hardcore. Have they announced any new characters? While I dig classics I still want new good characters.

I might finally have a reason to justify my love for Mortal Kombat again.

Jax is actually unlame again. I hope he doesn't use a gun this time. Why would he need one when his female partner doesn't need one? He's got bionic arms for God's sake!

MK2 didn't have her and she was instead shown being chained/captured along with Kano in the stage with Kintaro & Shao Khan, and seeing as how MK2-based this game is, it's questionable as to whether or not she'll be in it. Though the future may prove me wrong, I'm thinking for now that she might just be a DLC character.

This is a Mk3 not Mk 2 based game, though.

Since this game has alterations in the MK1-3 storyline, I expect Smoke to be human and the younger Sub-Zero to be a cyborg. Would be pretty interesting to see stuff like that.
