superheroes and their crimes

list all the crimes you know a superhero has committed. try to give issue numbers back stories to the crime in question not just a name and crime.

wolverine vol. 2 the gehenna stone affair #11

illegal entry into the united states from mandripoor to san fran with archie's plane alongside jessica drew.

#12, 13

stole a police car, destruction of government property police vehicles, assault on police officers after attacking them in their vehicle and forcing them to crash.

Ironically- Captain America = Crimes against the United States, disobeying direct government orders, repeatedly throughout his entire Superhero career!!!!

Punisher definitely ranks among the highest.

is it really a crime after serving his country and being frozen for half a century?

technically he was is no longer a US soldier more a civilian who no longer falls under the USMJ rules of military law.

further more the supreme court has ruled that a person/soldier is not property that can be used for medical experiments. sooo.. that throws the military defense of national security and his body being US. property out the window...even then most shadow government top secret programs are illegal and violate US law so the government, agencies and even military personnel would be considered criminals under said program and would be subject to punishment as well.. 🤓

Cap can disobey any military order he wants.. 😒

Hulk: Damage property

Thor: Killed his grandfather, disobeying the law of Asgard

I didn't say Cap's actions aren't justifiable, rather that they are illegal.

well what government orders has he violated and why is it illegal to disobey them, under what law?

Rorschach is also pretty high up, having murdered an untold number of criminals. He also assaulted and battered police officers, broke the Keane Act, broke into crime scenes, battered people for information, and broke into restricted government facilities.

Zatanna: mindraped half of the DCU into being "good" people.

What does that question even mean? Are you asking if it's illegal to disobey the government?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Treason#United_States

It makes Cap a badass but he still fought his own government.

Absolutely, that's what I loved about Civil War. ✅

Well everything okay now with Thor since Balder found out Loki had something to do with it.

The government passed the Superhuman Registration Act, and he actively fought against it, ensuring a lot of property damage. It was a bad law, sure, but his actions still count as illegal.

The JLA commited a crime against Apokolips only law:

Obey Darkseid uhuh

If you're visiting Kahndaq you must pay respect to BA. Lots of people have broken this law.

Freedom of speech is banned in Latveria. FF and other Marvel heroes have done it.
