You're like the uncoolest poster I've ever debated with. Go back to your simple shounen wank of black people, your just wasting my time.[quotes]Stats seem consistent to me in regards to Sakura. She has always been described as a smart girl who lacks in physical combat. So the stats concerning her make sense, since she has been training with Tsunade. And that attack was somewhat of a surprise on their part and in a sense, you're downplaying the Cloud Nin. This was the Team Raikage sent out to find information on Sasuke and Bee after all.[/quotes]Your adding hypotheticals on hypoteticals. Sakura lacks every single skill set to handle someone like Omoi and Karui while Hinata in the cannon manga and the anime forced Deva Pain back on retreat for a while and had to dodge her attacks. Her stats are inconsistant with her actual feats. What she did was hit stuff with a punch, her evasion isn't as cracked up to be since she didn't dodge Kyuubi 4 or Omoi in close quarters. In essence, her taijutsu sucks, therefore her base abilites suck. So I refuse to take the stats of a character seriously.
She has more than Sakura, all of Sakura's feats are based on healing not combat prowess. The sasori fight was based on nothing but pure PIS based on Sasori willingness to play with Sakura and Chiyo and Chiyo was 90% of Sakura's success to brake his main puppets. Otherwise Hinata has the better fighting feats even if she didn't win, her skills in the anime surpass Sakura.
Hinata did two things that put her above most Hyuuga after Neji, she created her own jyuuken nintaijutsu. Thats more tha enough to say she's talented.
But in a realistic scenario, Sakura would be support the majority of the fight, she'd dodge attacks but her most important role is healing people. Hinata scouting abilites and taijutsu make her a dangerous foe. In a true S class mission, Hinata would be the most useful in battle, in a group fight Sakura would be the most useful.
Yes because I really care about being all that cool of a poster.closedeyes
I'm speaking hypothetically when you're suggesting that Hinata made her own technique literally based on nothing except she's the only one who has used it so far. Sakura is a medic, so it makes sense that she excel in ninjutsu. Since she is never shown really using it in combat though, I suppose any more than a 3 is too much. She is a taijutsu fighter but is admittedly less skilled in the area the Lee or someone from Hyuuga, so a 3 works there as well. Genjutsu she was able to break as a child but she never uses it so, 3.5 is well enough. Sakura has shown herself to be very intelligent so I don't see why a 4 is inconsistent. She smashes boulders for lulz so I think her strength is too low, but whatever. She has never been seen as particularly fast but she was able to handily dodge Sasori for a time, so I don't see her speed as being all that bad. And she has less stamina than most shinobi, given how easily she tires but she was a top student at the academy so it would make sense for her to know her handsigns. How is it inconsistent again?closedeyes
You call the Sasori fight PIS, when it was clear to me that Sasori only allowed himself to be killed at the end. I don't think he was really going easy on them through the entire fight. Chiyo dies to the 3rd Kazekage Puppet without Sakura probably, but most certainly falls to Sasori if she were to overcome that. It was a team effort. Hinata has filler as her argument, which I find cute. Filler is certainly not canon and it brings up so many actual inconsistencies.
Assumptions are nice huh?
Her ruthless demeanor on top of her skills as a scout and taijutsu expert is also to take note. They say none is more fierce in battle than Hinata. Sakura has healing abilities and taijutsu skills. And poison so, go figure. I'd take her on my team in a heart beat.

Really? It seemed weak to me.
It's not like Hinata fans haven't heard 'stalker' or 'overrated' before, and that was the whole joke.
One could do a funny parody on the subject I'm pretty sure... but that wasn't it.

There are no counter points. Well that's not true, there are.
It's just that they're all moronic. It's one thing to argue between two people about opinions; it's another to argue against canon, which is the point. Nothing in the canon portrays Hinata's combat skills in any sort of positive light, it's all about her good personality.

"Stalkers" isn't that hard to counter, considering she doesn't go out of her way to stalk him or anything, and overrated is largely subjective matter.
I mean, what's been said in the video that hasn't been said in this thread a half-dozen times, often better and more eloquently?

Sakura's nothing was still > Hinata's something. 😐
And the thing is that she didn't even change. Forwhatever "timidness" she may have gotten over, there she was in part 2 once again hyperventilating around the corner afraid to talk to Naruto. Annoying.
Originally posted by RE: Blaxican😬 The point is, Sakura didn't start trying to improve herself until part 2 and despite being trained by a Sannin is still pretty much useless... Hinata's not any better because of her timidness, and her father not training her cause she's weak but you'd think being a 'main' character Sakura would be....better than a secondary character..

Which makes no sense when she was able to talk to him when she was 'more' timid than she should've been at that point..
Sakura's only useless when Sasuke's around. 😬 She can kill 99% of the characters in the series in one hit, heal grievous wounds, and can create medicines so advanced that both Sasori and "badass mother****er best medic in Sand village history" Chiyo were left dumb struck for multiple pages at her seemingly impossible feat. Just because she's not a strong front-lines fighter doesn't make her useless.
