I missed that part. I was focused on Rick's masterful bullet dodging and his perfect combat roll lol.

Glenn's death in the comic was way more satisfying and brutal.

watched the episode again, and i don't think Glenn is the one we saw being eaten. Those zombies were pulling out intestines... intestines aren't in the chest cavity.

they're gonna have Glenn slide under that dumpster.

So you think he fell under the useless idiot?

Will be kind of lame, surrounded by a horde of zombies and not a single one manages to get a bite in.

yeah.

and yeah. it will be lame.

but i don't see a logical reason for why they'd make his death ambiguous if not to have him survive.

Glenn isn't dead though.

Not really ambiguous though, by all appearances he was chomped on, even if the intestine thing seemed whacked.

But you're probably right, they were eating useless retard, he'll do a quick crawl under the dumpster and the zombies won't smell him since there's gore everywhere around him.

If they were mowing down Nicholas' intestines, then we should have seen his head, or at the very least extremities, laying on top of Glenn, given where the entrails were being pulled from(Glenn's midline thorax.)

...But we didn't. All we saw is Glenn screaming in pain, blood spurting everywhere, and entrails being ripped out:

Even when he first fell to the ground, Nicholas didn't appear to be laying over him:

So IF Nicholas really was acting like a meat-shield for Glenn, then the producers REALLY f*cked up the details.

the editing was very (purposely, i think) odd.

Considering that second screenshot Galan posted, it's going to be ridiculous if useless-retard-boy suddenly teleports on top of Glenn next week in order to have Glenn live.

But the thing is, it wouldn't matter who they started with, they would eventually eat Glenn too.

Calling it now people. [/B]

They don't have the balls to kill Rick, this isn't GoT.

true. but i think after 5 seasons, the crew knows where certain organs are located. Guts being pulled out of someone's chest would be flagrantly dumb.

yes. but then why edit the scene in a way that makes it questionable.

This would be the first time ever that they killed off a character without it being indisputable.

I'm saying it doesn't matter how they edited it, it would be beyond stupid that the zombies would not eat Glenn as well.

i get that. but from a tv writing perspective, it makes no sense to leave a scene up for interpretation, then come back to it, only to have that character die anyway. If they wanted to kill Glenn, they wouldn't have shown us a zoomed in shot where we couldn't actually see his body being ripped open.

all main character deaths are cut and dry, they make point of showing us the gore when someone we care about dies. it's never ambiguous.

the more we talk about this, the more I'm convinced that the next time we see Glenn, he'll be hiding under that dumpster. chalk it up to shitty illogical writing, but Glenn ain't dead... or at least, he didn't die in that scene.

He'll crawl under the dumpster and then the wheels give out and it crushes him 👆

The dumpster is a Walker in disguise, IMO. 👆

Why is it so hard to understand the fact that Glenn is gone? He was being devoured. Zombies tore his abdomen apart. This is clearly shown from the sky cam angle.

No way can anybody survive in that situation, no matter how good.
