Hey Galan, did you know about this?http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/live-feed/walking-dead-see-first-page-881581
The "Here's Negan!" backstory should be great. It's just a shame that each issue will only have 4 pages... But I guess that's a great way to keep readers coming back to a new title (ie. "Image+".) /shrug

Batman is a well known hero but that isn't the point either. He's a fan favorite. That's the point. 💃

Negan is that Thanos character he is playing his opponent 10 steps ahead of them, Rick cant get over the hump. And adding Negan backstory instead of 1 shot is brilliant and good marketing and their part, DC and MArvel need to take note and get back to basic.
I have a feeling that if the series keeps going as it is, I can see somebody even higher than Alpha and Negan in the distant future. A literally a game changer even more ruthless than Negan I just have a feeling, even Negan would be afraid of, IMO of course

In the end there will only be Rick, sitting on a throne of skulls.
Wrong.
An underground group found the cure and used it on Shane after doing some sciency shit to repair his brain. Shane comes back, murders Rick, his family and his crew, takes his child back, hunts down Negan and murders him, and beats the **** out of walkers with his bare fists. The walkers, in fear, will begin to follow their new alpha King, and Shane will usher in the age of peace between Walkers and the remaining humans. This is the only logical ending.

Hopefully those pages will be compiled and released as a one-shot, eventually.
Originally posted by StiltmanFTWThat is exactly the plan. The first 12 issues of "Image+" will feature a few pages of Negan's backstory. After said issues have been released, the entire "Here's Negan" arc will be compiled in a standalone book, like all of the other TWD backstories have been. 👆

Thanks for the info. Sounds like a long wait, though. Whole year, seriously?

All other...?
To make sure I didn't miss anything. Michonne from Playboy, Governor's supplement story explaining his fish tank hobby, Morgan getting Duane a Game Boy... anything else?
Originally posted by StiltmanFTWYeah, not too thrilled about the wait. It only works out to ~4 pages a month. IOW, the 'teaser' page Adam posted above contains a quarter of the first issue, lol.

I posted the info related to the series here:

First issue is slated for release next month. I'm excited, but ultimately I just hope it does the character justice.

Sidenote:
Kirkman said we will also be getting a Jesus backstory in the near future as well... Looking forward to that almost as much as Negan's story. 👆
