Yeah Alpha looks way different in the comics, Samantha Morton is a good actor though so I hope she gets a chance to shine.

In all seriousness though, she's not there yet, but in the comics her and her actions has a massive impact that far outweighs Negan's biggest moment, (The killing of Glenn and Abraham) for me at least.

You get a sense of dread with her which I think Negan always lacked with his edgy, repetitive rants.

^In the comics she seems more like the woman who was leading the garbage people, (a kind of monotone, monk-like personality) this version seems like she could fly into a rage at the drop of a hat.
