In boxing, if your opponent is faster than you, he can hit you without you being able to defend. The only way you can defend is if you're as fast or faster than your opponent. So if the claim is that thor can defend against someone who moves and fights faster than human eye perception, than thor himself must at least be capable of such speed as well.

2. thor didn't react to heimdall so much as doing a similar to hulk thunderclap area wide maneuver...proving further he can't actually react to speed without resorting to wide area attacks that are omnidirectional (which is a legit tactic btw).

He shows you that Thor is moving faster than the eye can see and it's even supported by narration and that's not good enough for you?

Heimdall wasn't blitzing, and all thor did was do a wide area attack. How did that prove thor was fast? Hulk would've done the same by smashing into the ground.
