Similar blasts from the Celestials were so powerful they were easily punching holes in the full powered Destroyer (This Destroyer had the combined might of Odin, all of the Asgardians and portions of energy from the Skyfather heads of all of the other pantheons combined.) to the point it was eventually annihilated. Not saying Thor was more durable than these entities, but it sure does make his showing very impressive.

The Casket of Ancient Winters literally contains the fury of Niffleheim which was the first realm of ice which was older than anything. It's full force is something that not even Odin and his Odin Power could withstand as it froze him in an icy prison that he could not escape.

Yeah, they were pretty much unstoppable.
In a Superman/Captain Marvel team up, Sivana with Captain Marvels powers was taking on both Supermen, and nothing they did really seemed to hurt him. Marvel himself hit him hard enough for the sound of his punch to be heard at the Rock of Eternity and wake Shazam up from the sleep Sivana put him under, and didn't damage him.

Taking a beating from Spectre, having himself turned insideout, battling Faces of Evil, Adam surviving a tesseract in his head, enduring the JSA, Cap brushing off a mind controlled JLA, Adam surviving a magical bullet designed to kill him, etc...
