Hey, I was reading Dark Reign: Lethal Legion and, huh, how in hell does Grim Reaper continuity fits with Dead Avengers?

This is Marvel. Nothing does.

When does the epilogue come out?

Greg Pak needs to be fired.

What is better? Chaos War or Infinity Gauntlet. I say IG by a landslide.

Infinity Gauntlet was a masterpiece, especially in the beginning, when Thanos start to ownz the Elder of the Univserse.

Chaos War... It followed a super run of Pak when he was writing Incredible Hercules. Incredible Hercules was one of the best series I read for a long time: it was always good, pretty funny, etc, etc. The Incredible Thorcules was especially epic.
Pak, with Chaos War, ****ed up everything.

Infinity Gauntlet is a million times better than this. Even Infinity Crusade was better, and that event sucked!

My friend, the Onslaught Saga was better than Chaos War. The Onslaught Saga.

I honestly never thought I'd be able to say that. g007-psyduck

Was Chaos War worse than Siege? How about Countdown?

I actually liked Siege. The whole Sentry/Void dynamic was a little... Odd, but I still liked it as a whole. Same with Countdown, it may not have been very good at times, but at least it had it's moments of awesomeness.

Chaos War was just horrible all around.

Siege was sort of a necessary evil in a way, forcing the Avengers back together, deposing Osborn, killing off Sentry/Void, etc. It could have been way better, but it needed to neatly transition things over to "normal". It was probably for the best it was a four issue mini under Bendis.

I've never read all of Countdown. Just the Prime bits. biscuits

Well this event was stated to be reader friendly. If you're totally new to the Marvel Universe or Comic Industry in Particular, you wouldn't notice some of the flaws in Chaos War since you would be a newbie. But if you want to understand the things happening in Chaos War, you need to pick up these story arcs.

Fantastic Four Annual2001,FF Vol 3 #46-49=Abraxas was stated to be anti-thesis to Eternity(Multi-Eternity in particular) but was never stated to be the Darkness and Chaos that existed before existence itself.Abraxas stated to came into existence when the Multiverse came into existence.

Defenders Vol 3 #1-5=This is were the Void,Darkness, and Chaos(w/c the Chaos King represents) was first appeared inside Multi-Eternity.This is also a story that shows what Multi-Eternity is capable of.Though granted, it was Dormammu using Multi-Eternity's powers to reshape the Multiverse in his own image.

Marvel:The End=The first example of escaping the destruction of the Multiverse by being outside of it.

Well those are the story arcs people need to read before grabbing Chaos War.Although I have heard the TPB of Chaos War has added bonuses to it like Chaos War Saga were it explains what is actually happening in Chaos War.
