One Dumb broke DBZ all the way down and gave a good explaination of it and gave reasons on why frieza would stomp him whereas you are just blurting stuff out.
Like I said, DBZ isnt inconsistent; you think its inconsistent because earth isnt being destroy with every blast but if thats the case, comics in general are inconsistent. Cell admitted that he can destroy a solar system and the z fighters believed him and I believe them since, well, they can read power levels. Example: Kid buu when he first appeared shot a blast at earth, Vegeta stopped the blast and Goku blurted out "that blast had enough power to destroy the planet". I believe Goku, do you want to know why? Because he can read power levels. It is how DBZ work, it is the nature of the show.

The next time fat buu showed up was when he was fighting Kid buu and then KID BUU waz hit by the spirit bomb that contained ALL OF THE ENERGY OF EVERY BEING IN THE UNIVERSE.
