WWH IS stronger than Despero. During that book, everyone basically forgot their abilities and went fist cuff with Despero...great showing for him but not enough to put him above WWH. Then Hawkgirl almost took his head off with a hammer shot to the face.

In a fist fight...Despero is getting curbed and his telepathic attack would fail as well.

WWH 8/10...WBH melts him.

Naw. I think Despero is on par with Hulk for the most part, but the Mind Powers makes it a bit much for him.

Mind powers doesn't work on Hulk though. He resisted both Emma and Charles attacking him simultaneously.
