Blade versus Day Breakers

Blade, Whistler and Scud find themselves in the city from the movie "Day Breakers." They have a hideout similar to the one they had in "Blade 3." Also, they have all the equipment/resources they had in the movie. They decide to kill off the entire city.

Can they do it? The Day Breakers Vampires have no idea who Blade is, and are unaware what his plans are.

Yeah, and quite easily. All they need is a couple thousand of those UV-bombs like they had in the sewers. Problem is, isn't the vast majority of the Human population, a vamp? When they start killing vamps in the city, Vamps from other places are bound to hear about it.

IMS... The Day Breaker vamps weren't impressive.. Team Blade stomps

Team Blade simply fight until they find and aid the films resistance group.

Yeah, the military vamps were shit.

What if it were only Blade? Armed with the weapons he had in the opening fight scene from the first movie?

Maybe if the Day Breakers transform into those...bat thingies?

^ yeah, that would be much more of a challenge due to the flying. However, with those UV-grenades, they'd still get burned to a crisp.

Okay....I never watched the movie since it looked like an utter piece of crap aside from Willem Defoe.

And how almost the entire population of the world get turned into vampires, and live with the sun still in play?

Well, they simply worked and played at night. During the day, they had special suits and cars that shielded them from the sun.

Mhm. cars had cameras and shit.

Ahhh.....pansies. Real vampires don't die in sunlight...they twinkle. 🙂

haermm Or they simply become strong enough to withstand it.

Lestat ✅

Day Breaker Vamps were pathetic.

They had no superhuman stats to speak of. The only thing they had were fangs, and inhuman tolerance to pain.

Stupid noobs couldn't even see in the dark, what kind of vampire can't see in the dark. Freaking ridicurous.

It also seemed that getting impaled anywhere in the torso (not the heart) would result in an explosion.

I guess they had a healing factor though, although it was never shown how potent it was.

Agreed on all.

I liked the movie, though.

Obvisouly they were'nt the the traditional vamps it was a pandemic that turned everyone into them.

Maybe the goal was to make them more human? I dunno.

Yeah very Romero it was a political metaphor. These guys can't hurt a Marvel. Blade spits out the things that mince these guys. He finds the resistance and releases the cure.

Not an option. Blade must, as the comic from "The Lost Boys" dictates, Destroy all Vampires.

No problem.

those things lit up like a Christmas tree, Blade would easily one-shot them all. Also, it seems like every vampire in 'Blade' suffered from the "BTVS-syndrome", where all the vamps knew martial arts. None of these vamps were fighters. FLAWLESS VICTORY.
