The Day Breaker vamps were killed with wooden arrows, dude. Blade has no wooden weaponry.

Oh, they were the kind of vamp effected by wood, not silver? i dont recall, but i suppose that makes a lot of his weapons useless. Though, he could easily fashion his own wooden weapons. There's also still the UV grenades...

Dunno what exactly they were affected by, there was a scene towards where Ethan Hawke stabbed one with something, dunno if it was metal though.
