Well if you believe feminists, that's obviously a total different scale. They claim, what, 1 in 4, maybe 1 in 2, women get sexually assaulted/raped in their life? As opposed to the 1 in a million that get serial killed....and the one in 50 000 000 that get serial killed by a woman. (source: my ass,)

I am sure you can also question the feminist claim, I am totally convinced, in my mind feminists (bless them, they are fighting the good fight) tend to taint those stats (and others) in their agendas favour (e.g. by calling anything sexual assault) but I don't think anyone's going to deny that rape is at least a possibility women have to deal with.
So, in summation, no, I don't think it is.

While true that would only make all men dangerous if they could only ever rape one person. In reality rapists do so many times before being caught, concentrating those rapes into a comparatively small number of men.
And if that is a worldwide statistic you have to account for some areas having much higher rates of rape than others. I suspect that if you leave a woman in Uganda for a week she's more likely to be raped than if you leave her in the Hamptons for a week.

I don't think the first thing is important, it doesn't matter how many the average rapist will rape, if we believe the statistic, the fact is that every second woman will encounter at least one of them who will actually assault her. Therefore the warning to be safe is perfectly reasonable (though some feminists don't like it, as they consider it victim blaming). Additionally they also claim that most rapes are actually perpetuated by friends and acquaintances, not strangers (this claim feels somewhat contradictory to the "black people rape more", claim, though I could imagine that the claim is actually "black people get sentenced more for rapes they commit"...regardless). In that vein I understand the "any man could be a rapist" not as an insult but as a maybe reasonable, maybe somewhat excessive "be safe, cause you or your friends will likely be attacked in your life" ...

We were talking about something. I think it was because RJ said that, where he works, black people give him more trouble than any other race demographic. I don't know how the convo progressed, but I showed him that study that correlated crime to testosterone levels and then that other study that showed that those men that are sub-Saharan African in origin, were significantly more likely to commit rape.

It's in many parts of Africa, though I think you're right, going South, gets worse.
Congo in particular has massive amounts of rape; usually gang-rape followed by some sort of mutilation. They're also spread widely among age, from 7 month old babies to 60 year old women, which is considered extremely old by Central African standards.
