I was just curious though. Since how he acts away from the movies has no bearing on your enjoyment of his films (you consider those things separate) I wonder how bad he would have to get, for it to matter.

This can be found at dozens of news agencies, all of whom have reported it as fact. Mel hasn't come out and said it's untrue, and he's gonna sue - so obviously it is true.

Who cares what celebs do in their private lives, I watch them on the big screen and thats it.

I didnt care about him then and not now, yes they have to follow the important laws. But because they have said something wrong, who cares, who cares if Bill cheated, hes still a better President than Bush etc...

the losing my friend was the last straw.. i wished them sand N#@$$ers had never existed and we should nuke the entire middle east with all of them regardless of whether they were iraqi, Palestinian iranian, isreali ect ect to me at that moment they were are all in one group my enemy. i no longer felt any compassion for them.. i saw them as less then an animal and a constant problem that we could have bn without..

i am sure if some one had a camera and posted it in youtube i would have lost my rank and bn reprimanded severely but, at that moment when it happen no one disagreed with me not the officers not the jr marines everyone was sick and tired of the BS of having our hands constantly tied..

either way all i wanted to do was to be allowed to be a real warrior marine no code of conduct no UN no reporters just let us marnes do what we were trained to do let us off our leash and we could sweep the city and kill them all..

- A second audio tape allegedly featuring an enraged Mel Gibson has been leaked online - and this time the actor reportedly threatens to kill ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva and put her remains "in a rose garden" on his Malibu, California estate.

The Braveheart star's reputation has taken a serious hit in recent weeks amid claims Gibson was violent towards the mother of his eight-month-old daughter, Lucia, during their relationship.

The allegations have placed him at the centre of a Los Angeles police investigation as the former couple fight over custody of the baby girl.

But Gibson's legal woes are only set to get worse - more audio footage, obtained by RadarOnline.com, appears to feature the actor admitting to striking the Russian singer and reportedly threatening her life.

On the recording, a woman purported to be Grigorieva can be heard accusing a male, believed to be Gibson, of assaulting her.

The female asks, "You were hitting a woman with a child in her hands? What kind of a man is that? Breaking her teeth twice in the face! What kind of man is that?"

A male voice, sounding distinctly like Gibson's, responds by taunting her, saying, "Oh, you're all angry now! You know what, you f**king deserved it!"

The man goes on to threaten more violence - even hinting at killing the woman.

Gibson's rep has refused to comment on the alleged recordings.
