She doesn't need raw speed(her taijutsu is fast enough) or strength to defeat someone with an inferior fighting style and little feats of her taijutsu prowess. Hinata is the perfect taijutsu counter to Sakura in almost every way, her insight, her graceful fluid movements and her almost superior jyuuken offense and defense outclass Sakura's primitive and simple style.

And lack of showings? I specifically said her feats from the anime.
