and so he teleported one time. shitty writers add crap to characters every now and then that is not relevant to their character. just cause it happened one time doesnt make him a teleporter. he was probably using one of his devices as well to teleport.

Superhuman reaction times and speed.
He's teleported more than once, the fact that it's a tech teleportation doesnt take away from it provided it was standard equipment. I'm not sure he still has teleportation gear though.

and any telepath would know where any teleporter would be poping out of. they can sense a living presence near by.
especially someone like frosts level would know right off the back.
