Stalemate. I'm pretty sure Cyttorak's enchantment protects juggernauts soul pretty well also. And nothing Juggernaut can really do to Rider so yea.

If Juggernaut doesn't have some uber soul defense (i wouldnt know) Then Ghost rider easily wins though

Hellfire is magic, but his blasts ain't powerful enough. They'd hurt Cain though (at least if his forcefield wasn't up).

Doesn't the Penance Stare only work on people you've killed? Or is it people you've hurt?

And I'm pretty sure Cain's strength hasn't diminished, he just needs to breathe, build up more speed to be unstoppable, and can't regenerate.

He could knock GR pretty far with a good hit.
