I'd say its more than just mater manipulation. He's got reality altering punches. What with things like punching a giant gorilla into three smaller ones.

Batman carries a lot of stuff in his belt, and Hulk has a near ton of additional mass held in an alternate dimension until he gets pissed. One large can of spinach inside of a shirt is small potatoes.

okay cool, but this begs the question: does hulk have even a slight chance of winning?

we already know toons are broken, on object lesson of it is kinda pointless

captain america has been said to run on pis, so a fight with xena is almost a perfect counter for all of that since she's definitely influenced by pis

I don't know about Savage Dragon or the Goon but Brock would tear Wildcat or Punisher apart. He's not a Top Tier MA but he makes up for it by having damage soak to put the Punisher to shame and strength arguably beyond peak level. He did tear apart a muscle car with his bare hands.
