Punisher gets punished.I don't know about Savage Dragon or the Goon but Brock would tear Wildcat or Punisher apart. He's not a Top Tier MA but he makes up for it by having damage soak to put the Punisher to shame and strength arguably beyond peak level. He did tear apart a muscle car with his bare hands.

I agree that Popeye has an advantage in being a toon,even tho I do kinda like the idea of Popeye vs. Hulk. I just think that you would have to give Hulk "The Mask" to even the playing field, but that wouldnt be anything near a cannon Hulk, would it? So Im torn on the idea of this fight.

I do recall at least one instance where a bullet was pulled out. And three others, a blowgun dart, two shark's teeth, the tip of a bayonet, a twisted paperclip, and a meager handful of buckshot.
