The final episode felt so rushed, good showing by Thor though who's been pretty impressive all season.
It really did feel rushed. 🙁
Spoiler:
So did Captain America's supposeldy epic world ending/saving decision. If they had just gotten a few more episodes everything could have been more epic. But it was still enjoyable.
whole final battle scene
It wasnt just the last episide that was rushed almost the entire 2nd half of season two was completely rushed....sad for a show like this to go out with a fizzle...The 2nd half of season 2 episodes were good ideas but being rushed the way they were just killed any good stories ended up being kind of a let down and they just werent even that good really

Not their fault. They probably planned to drag these stories for another season but had to wrap it up quickly.
Agreed. So much potential. The last episodes should have been two parters: New Avengers (2 parter), Operation Galactic Storm/Live Kree or Die (add 1 more), and Avengers Assemble (2 parter).
I don't blame most of this team at all. I blame Marvel and Loeb. X-Men Evolution had 4 seasons. It was good but nowhere as great as Avengers: EMH.
I hope Loeb's rainbow, retard team flops when it airs.

Still they did a good job considering.

Even Wolverine & the X-men was a far superior X-Men show and yet only got the one season.
how is avengers assemble gonna deal with the larger marvelverse.
the great thing about AEMH was the large scope they had available to them , the new show is limited to fit with the move universe which will constrain the story telling.
Frankly there are so many stories in comics that could be animated staying faithful to source material and AEMH was a medium for that.Similar to bruce timms awesome JLU. I don't know how Avengers assemble will compare.
Marvel are really being silly catering to the new audience.

I really enjoyed the second half of the season. It was back on form Imo. I only really felt the last episode was rushed. I personally would have turned the Kree attack into a 3 parter and ended with that.
They still could have called on all the reserve Avengers to help stop the Kree in the last episode.
But aside from that I've really enjoyed both seasons. It's been an epic series. Shame it had to end.
