Is Bruce wearing the completely bulletproof batsuit? Does he overcome his reluctance to handguns? Is he going for the kill? What about the starting distance? Area the fight takes place in?

If Batman is far from Bullseye, Bullseye will most likely kill him. If Batman is up close, Batman will karate chop Bullseye to the floor.

And with guns, I still see Bullseye winning from range. Close up, Batman will knock the gun out of Bullseye's hands and karate chop him to the floor. Besides, Batman would NEVER use a gun. It is not in his character.

Batman oneshotted Bullseye in the crossover. And just before collapsing Bullseye said "you punch even harder than Daredevil" which IMO was a personal "Fuk you!" from the writers to every Daredevil fan.
