Okay, sure, there's is an explanation to why Floyd hasn't offed Bruce yet, but either way, being a skilled marksmen doesn't make the bullets any faster, and Bruce has proved he can dodge bullets on a regular basis.

Deadshot is no Bullseye. Batman dodging bullets from Deadshot ≠ being able to do the same against Bullseye.

Also, is a gun the only thing available for Bullseye to use in this fight?

Exactly. Bullseye doesn't even have the gun feats to equate to Deadshot's level of skill with them. Probably because he doesn't use them nearly as much. Same thing goes for the random items Bullseye uses, because Deadshot only uses guns 99.9% of the time.

Bullseye can still take the bullets out of the gun and them (OP didn't state he had to shoot the gun), he doesn't actually have to use the trigger. Bullseye is better with bullets alone than Deadshot is with a loaded gun.

Batz is going down.

DS is better with guns, BS is better with other items, though DS can use other items as well.

lol, according to what, exactly? At least Floyd has a legitimate excuse to why he hasn't offed Batman with his markmenship. What's Bullseye's for DD?

But anyway, like I said earlier, bullets are going the same relative speed, no matter how precise you are with their aim. Batman can dodge bullets. does it matter that Bullseye can throw each one directly between his eyes if Bruce's head is no longer there when the bullets arrive?

Batman would never use a gun, not that it matters.

doesn't matter as Batman is SHOWN dodging bullets no matter who is doing the shooting..

as in he doesnt want to hurt bruce so he doesnt and only aims to wound or simply hurt him rather then shoot him in the face.. he aims for kevlar protected areas instead iirc

Deadshot is a bit of an exception, with his reflexes, but Bruce can still dodge bullets.

Because he has still dodged his bullets before, because bullets only move as fast as they do, despite who shoots them, and Batman is a bullet dodger.

Floyd's reflexes would allow him to do Bruce in, but he has a debilitating subconscious attachment to him, and has given up chances to take Bruce out several times.
